Musician Fest is an invitation-only event to celebrate musicians who continuously serve in the church and community.

The aim is:

-             For musicians to share and use their skill amongst each other

-             For musicians to be served and appreciated

We hope the event will be a fun time of support and connection amongst musicians.

As we get closer to the big day, we will be sending out updates and guidelines to you and/or your band leaders to ensure a successful event.

For the music and groups to flow with as little down time as possible, please note the following:

 ✅ MOST IMPORTANT: We ask that each band keep to a set time limit. Each band has fifteen minutes, and single individuals have five minutes. Please keep within your allotted time. At the fifteen- or five-minute mark, your mikes and instruments will begin to fade out.

·     We are asking the groups to perform as they enter the stage without communicating to the attendees or asking them to clap, sing, dance, raise their hands or stand.

 ✅ SECOND MOST IMPORTANT: This is a private and by invitation only event. That means having a ticket is the only way to get in. Those without a ticket will not be given entrance.

 ✅ THIRD MOST IMPORTANT: This is an adult-only event. (Only children who are given tickets before the event by the organizers will be allowed entrance)
